Intellectual Property

All artwork displayed on this website remains the intellectual property of Ziehl Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Artwork Representation

We make every effort to accurately display artwork colours, dimensions, and descriptions. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and photographic reproduction.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required before artwork is dispatched or collected.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an original artwork has been shipped or collected, sales are generally considered final. If an artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photographs of the damage. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair, credit, or refund.

Custom commissions, personalised works, and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has commenced.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services and location.

Privacy

Personal information provided through this website is used solely for processing orders, communicating with customers, and delivering purchased artwork. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where necessary to process payments or fulfil deliveries.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card information.

Liability

Ziehl Art shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
